At our event 'Rituals of Mourning' yesterday, smells, tastes, song, story, and music guided us through the rich variety of rituals around loss from different cultures. It was a delicious opportunity to learn, share, and be inspired.

Sunday morning at our 'Walking it In event' we had a gentle walk in glorious sunshine past flowing water and ancient trees. We were led into reflection by promptings from our two guides Christine and James, followed by a lovely hot cuppa ☕️

What an amazing ride! We began with a sun-soaked swim and ended with a rainbow.  We laughed, cried, sang and talked. We have learnt from each other and been inspired by our amazing contributors.  The festival is over but the ripples go on. Thank you to everyone who came,
