Serious Violent Reduction Orders (SVROs) are being piloted in 4 areas, including Merseyside. They give police the power to stop & search someone with an SRVO at any time, any public place, without reasonable suspicion.

This is a racist provision in the PCSC bill, as black people are 9 times more likely to be stopped and searched (18x under Section 60). Among other reasons, this is why initiatives like Bizziewatch are vital for community safety, and why we must oppose the PCSC bill #KillTheBill
