How can I fit (BJJ/skiing/grappling/boxing/pickup bball/CrossFit comps/etc.) into my selection prep without it interfering with recovery? You can't. All forms of exercise require recovery. Can you do some of these things? Probably. Will they make you more prepared? No.

PEDs are not required for: -Selection prep -Selection -The Q course -Being in special operations These tasks can all be completed/performed at a high level naturally. The stress of trying to hide it and the possible ramifications of misuse are not worth it. Problem solved✅

There are ~ 6 required exercises for selection prep. They include: Running Rucking Push-ups Pull-ups Planks Carries What about barbell back squats, deadlifts, OHP, bench press, rows? While these *movement patterns* should be included, they don't need to be done with a barbell.
