Presenting the newly minted Dr Xu Fang Xu Fang! We celebrated Xu's defence of his thesis "Decreasing As and Cd in rice: From biogeochemical processes to improved paddy management" on Tuesday. Xu did a really incredible job and we're glad he's staying on as a postdoc!

Still recovering from Tuesday’s excitement and joy! Thanks a lot to the great song and hat the group members prepared for me! This will for sure be a life-long memory! Looking forward to continuing my exploration in the soil-rice-microbe system!
