3/n Underloading. Search for 'Russian plate twist' on youtube. You'll get 20-30 videos of plate/ball twists with the feet unfixed. This dictates that loads are minimal. 3kg balls held 5cm from the hips = bugger-all torque. You can't lift 4kg w/out toppling. That's < 40Nm of T

Big news for #EBM! Just out in #BMJ, ROBUST-RCT, pristinely developed, innovative, simple, user-friendly instrument for risk of bias assessment in #RCTs far superior to anything before, will become standard outside of Cochrane and in #Cochrane if they let folks use it.
