As thousands of Afghans are returning from Pakistan, some for the first time, the prospects must be daunting. افغاني سره میاشت provides humanitarian support to those in need. They are distributing hot meals & water at the temporary shelters and provide health care.

🏥 Enhancing the provision of healthcare in the western region. Our teams supported 6⃣ افغاني سره میاشت health centres in Herat, Badghis, Ghor, Farah, and Nimroz with essential non-medical equipment. ⚕️ This will help over 1⃣0⃣0⃣'0⃣0⃣0⃣ people access better quality care.

Ever wondered how prostheses are manufactured? 🦾Watch the making of an artificial arm in 4⃣0⃣ seconds. Last year 34,036 prostheses & orthoses were manufactured by the ICRC Afghanistan teams to assist people with disabilities @ our 7 physical rehabilitation centres across Afghanistan.
