Happy Mother’s Day to the women who raised us. A special thank you to my mom. She wanted lunch and shopping, so that’s what we did. ❤️

This is my high school teacher, Mr. Plemons. For years, for countless HEB ISD students, he made math fun. I cherish the moments I share with him as an adult. All these years later, he teaches me something each time I see him. Celebrate those who encourage you & help you to grow.

Back at it! After a few months of no running/jogging (doctor’s orders) we did our first jog this AM. Felt good and look at that happy Ted!
