The amount of things I’ve had to work on in silence on my coaching business in preparation to launch has been so challenging at times. It will be so nice to finally be able to show you all what I’ve put my heart and soul into over this last year.

Doing the inner work absolutely does work, and the sooner you face yourself, the sooner you can start finding freedom from your own suffering. That was a hard pill to swallow for me at first, but now that I am in it I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

It’s always interesting to me when someone asks my opinion on something and doesn’t like my answer, so then instead of agreeing to disagree they get triggered. People are allowed to disagree with each other and can do so while still remaining respectful.
