I think the biggest praise that should go to this #Bafana group is the way the players reacted to the pressure forced upon them by administrative errors out of their control. Make no mistake, they’re succeeding in spite of SAFA, not because of them. See you at the World Cup!! 🇿🇦

Gutted for everyone that was supposed to be running Cape Town Marathon today. It must have been a big decision to cancel the race and one that was not taken lightly.

Wind at races? Had my fair share of those doing 20 Ironman races in PE. It’s not called the Windy City for nothing 💨💨💨

I now understand why gloves are so important whilst cycling. Took a tumble whilst running on Strand prom yesterday (paving brick the culprit) My body is aching from the fall but besides the grazes and bruises I had to go to hospital for stitches in my hand.

Stitches will be in for two weeks and I’m pretty useless with only one hand. 4 local anesthetic injections later, it took over half an hour to remove the gravel. Pity there aren’t cameras as I’m sure the footage would be spectacular. 🤣 Comeback is on hold for now.

Thought that new gravel burn race looks like a new challenge and something i could get into. Then I saw the entry fee. Another race along with Epic I guess I will never do.
