Friends wanted brunch but waits at my top picks were too long on Sunday. We ended up at one of Tacoma's old-school diner-type places, were sat right away but waited almost 45min for food to land and honestly... it was kinda bad

The Tri-Cities -- a region with a metro population of more than 300k people -- will soon no longer have a daily print newspaper. McClatchy has begun the process of slashing print days in its markets and the T-C is among the first. Its goal is to eventually go all-digital.
