I personally know one PB in Patna Saheb AC. One of the house in that PB has 41 voters in SIR-DR- including Yadav, Kurmi, Bania (OBC), and Shrivastav (UC). What is the benefit of SIR if BLO can’t correct the all details? Know some eligible voters who did not get enrol in DR.
