IGNORE... I asked Cursor to generate plan for a new feature using GPT-5.2 and it generated this image instead of the plan. My software is ignoring me! 😂

I know kung fu… show me. I’m starting to get the hang of Cursor skills. I created a Redmine 6 plugin development skill and used it to implement a plugin for issue detail rephrasing. Use /create-skill to improve your workflow.

You can now vectorize images directly in Figma, no third-party tools required. The resulting Bézier curves are quite decent. Better than most tools I used before. My new illustration workflow: - Generate the illustration in Gemini - Paste it into Figma - Vectorize and polish

Vibe coding animations is largely about terminology. One key thing I highlight is that you need to describe animations precisely. There is a subtle difference between saying “parallax effect” and “parallax multiplane camera effect.” It is important to have the right vocabulary.

I find myself using Codex 5.3 much more than Opus 4.6 for coding. Codex 5.3 is roughly 4x cheaper on input and 2.5x on output for standard use. I find the results very good.

Who is running swarm of AI agents building complex apps and it just works? Every time I try something like this, it fails miserably. What am I doing wrong? I feel like the only thing I am really good at, is paying for tokens 😅 #whiningdesigner

Do you remember when 256 KB meant high-end tech? In the photo, I’m holding my dad’s old Casio Digital Diary. Phone directory. Calendar. To-do list. Calculator. 7× more memory than the Apollo 11 computer and tens of millions of times less than smartphones. Unbelievable.

Not only public administration, Google still runs on paper too! I design UI/UX for digital products for living. Yet to set up a Google Business profile, I had to print a physical business card. Digital trust, backed by paper. In 2026. 😅

It is hard to communicate how much programming has changed due to AI in the last 2 months: not gradually and over time in the "progress as usual" way, but specifically this last December. There are a number of asterisks but imo coding agents basically didn’t work before December

A long time ago, when I was doing photography, I had an idea for a documentary series. It was quite challenging to execute, I wanted to capture certain inner qualities of people through their shadows. Testing Nano Banana 2, first try. #nanobanana2
