New manuscript out. This comprehensive review was an adventure to put together. Huge efforts by the entire team (Ravinandan Matt Rossman Zachary S. Clayton, PhD), but in particular co-first authors Sanna Darvish, MS and Sophia Mahoney. Thank you Journal of Applied Physiology for a great review process.

Proud of this one! "Preservation of vascular endothelial function in late-onset postmenopausal women" published last week in Circulation Research and featured in CU Boulder Today. Led by first and senior author Sanna Darvish, MS and Matt Rossman doi.org/10.1161/CIRCRE… colorado.edu/today/2025/02/…%%

An incredible effort by a driven team, led by Sanna Darvish, MS, published in Circulation Research. Age at menopause is associated with differences in CVD risk in PM women. We show that differences in the influence of mitoROS on vascular endothelial function may contribute to this observation.
