Komboa Jamii Initiative (KJI) had the honour of hosting a team from the Kenya MenEngage Alliance (KEMEA) for an Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA) — a thorough audit aimed at evaluating our systems, structures, and overall organizational health.

“They don’t just kill one woman. They kill us all.” Femicide is rising in Kenya. We urge President Ruto to declare it a crime. Women deserve justice, protection, and dignity.

We urge all stakeholders in Kenya—civil society, media, faith leaders, and citizens—to unite in boldly speaking out against femicide and protecting women and girls, whose safety, dignity, and lives must never be compromised. We demand urgent action, justice, & lasting protection.

We vehemently condemn the horrific act in Siaya where a father, mother, and seven children were burned alive over a land dispute. This barbaric and heartless act is a violation of human rights and dignity. Justice must prevail, and the perpetrators brought to book immediately.
