I reckon this is legit, and from my understanding this idea is at the heart of Family Constellations. Forward-only linear time is something we can either choose to believe in, or not. Billions of people for 10s of 1000s of years have believed otherwise, so yeah 🤷

It dawned on me in #meditation this morning that holding on to #resentment is essentially #attachment to #aversion, which just sounds so weird when I say it out loud and feels like one of those things I can't un-see

I think the same misconception surrounds the cultivation of forgiveness.
