I’ve been doing a 30 day no-sugar challenge and it’s been going really well. But I fell sick today. Is it worth taking a break and eat some cake? Or should I power through in sickness and health?

Whenever I start taking my health for granted, my body falls sick and humbles me straight. Nothing else matters more than good health, to be able to breathe easily, sleep comfortably at night, go on walks and enjoy your iced coffees and fav food😭😭😭
