Due to recent tree safety & maintenance work being completed around 2 weeks ahead of schedule, the full through-route of the #MonsalTrail will be available once again from this weekend (Sat 25 Jan). Work begins on the #ThornhillTrail from Mon 27 Jan... peakdistrict.gov.uk/trailclosures

Hayfield and Chinley Churn running well. Bit of slippy mud (on "Twitchy") to watch if you're blasting it. Sunlight made my mtb look a bit holy #publater keeper of the peak #sacredgeometry

Not so much a #mtb trail report, but avoid upper Edale on Saturdays. Very busy, daft parking, Mam Tor full. So those of us trying Hollins Cross etc. should try Chapel Gate, Brown Knoll etc. Cheeky routes better than trying to plough through hordes keeper of the peak #blametiktok

Trails are still dry with the odd slippy/clay spot around Mellor Cross and Marple. Fast over the top and down to Rowarth via bridleway. Not exactly a night ride if you don't turn your lights on until 8.30pm. #mtb keeper of the peak
