Dutch heathland butterflies are dying. Where I remember that August was a great month to go there, now they are often a purple colored emptiness. What happened? 1/16

An honor representing Natural Sciences along side Lidia Brito, Assistant Director-General for Natural Sciences. A story of how UNESCO 🏛️ #Education #Sciences #Culture 🇺🇳 funding connected me to my PhD sups. I also touched on what needs to be done to support more young women scientists from Africa. unescoEARTH
