Performing <a href="/nanopore/">Oxford Nanopore</a> PromethION adaptive sampling DNA sequencing for pharmacogenetics and <a href="/illumina/">Illumina</a> #smartseq3xpress RNA sequencing for my single cell transcriptomics project <a href="/nxtgnt/">nxtgnt</a> sequencing core.  #grateful

First run on Oxford Nanopore PromethION combining native barcoding prep and adaptive sampling nxtgnt SQK-NBD114.24 on 3 samples✅ R10.4.1 at 400 bps✅ AS targeting 5 % of Grch38 ✅ Still sequencing, but output (45 Gb) not great. Together with Laurentijn Tilleman. Now data-analysis!

First run on <a href="/nanopore/">Oxford Nanopore</a> PromethION combining native barcoding prep and adaptive sampling <a href="/NXTGNT_UGent/">nxtgnt</a>

SQK-NBD114.24 on 3 samples✅
R10.4.1 at 400 bps✅
AS targeting 5 % of Grch38 ✅

Still sequencing, but output (45 Gb) not great. 
Together with <a href="/LaurentijnT/">Laurentijn Tilleman</a>. Now data-analysis!
