So, it seems as though Tom Oliverson, M.D. lied or at best mislead the Texas House, veterans, and those with chronic pain. According to Dan Patrick, Oliverson knew weeks ago that Patrick and thus the Senate was not in favor of adding chronic pain. This is still complete BS by Patrick

And Sen. Lisa Murkowski represents a state that has fought to protect representative democracy as others, like Texas, fought to move the other direction. When election laws force politicians to compete in the marketplace of ideas, it makes a difference.
