ものすごく共感。 アメリカ留学中に思い浮かべたのは、アメリカ研究者たちは一緒にマラソン走りながら、腕の振りとか、呼吸とか、走り方のアドバイスを周りからもらいながら調整・改善してゴールを目指すイメージ。日本だと、黙々と走ってゴールテープ切るイメージ。帰国後コメントの仕方変わりました
