Yesterday was cut short with first a lightning delay and then a torrential downpour, but we were still able to get in the better part of 6 games. We are back and at it again today at C complex. CO 4th of July

Summer ball has officially begun. Capturing player data for 15u team during their tournament play this weekend.

Day 1. We are set up at Highline Park field 2. If you in the area stop by and say “howdy”.

Day 2 is a windy one. We are set up at the Aurora Sports Complex on field B1. If your around the area, don’t be a stranger. Come by and say what’s up.

Day 3. We are still at Aurora Sports Complex but have changed to field B2. Had a great time visiting with everyone yesterday and looking forward to today. If you’re around stop by the white tent and say “bonjour”.

Day 4. The taste of diamond dust is permanently etched to our tongue, our eye lids have been replaced with sandpaper, but we are still going strong with the breakfast of champions burrito and energy drink. The unit has enough tie downs to secure a trailer home during a tornado.

Day 5 under the tent. Yesterday was cut short with lightning and a 45 minute long ping pong size hail storm. We are all set up at Aurora Sports Complex field B1 ready for another of data collecting. Don’t be a stranger, stop by and say Aloha!!

Day 6, final day for us at the Fireworks. After 36 games, countless burritos and energy drinks we will call it a wrap tonight. We are still set up at B1 for today, so don’t be a stranger, stop by and say “Konnichiwa”!!

Turned out to be a beautiful day to get pitching data!! Diamond Direction Chicago is off and running, it’s going to be an awesome day.
