22 years ago today, first responders in New York woke up and went to work, unaware of what would happen later that morning. On the anniversary of 9/11, we remember the brave women and men who died in service of their community. May their memories forever be a blessing.

A Kawartha Lakes Police Officer was conducting speed enforcement in the area of a school zone. The officer stopped a vehicle which was caught speeding, 103km/hr in a posted 40km/hr school zone. The driver was charged with stunt driving and other offences. Kawartha Lakes
