Ed Piskor’s death is a gut punch. His suicide note is haunting. I can’t imagine what his family and friends are going through. Everything about this is wrong. I will remember him for the infectious joy he had for the medium I love. Peace.

There was no one who came close to what Tina Turner was able to do. I was lucky to see her live and she was unforgettable. She could sing the alphabet and leave you with a hole in your gut. We were lucky to have her.
