Tried a beat saber session after 1.5 weeks of not playing and my arms got completely destroyed. Did I become unfit that fast?

Got a health checkup and had slightly higher than usual LDL. Guess I gotta exercise more (which means more beat saber!)

I was feeling very unconfident during my exam, but after checking some leaked answers, I answered approximately 76/101 correctly, which is likely a passing score depending on the question weighting. I'll have to see after the results are posted to know for sure.
