The new Spring Menu includes new favorites like the Mumbai Sliders, Kashmiri Chicken Gushtaba, and Paneer Kadai alongside old standards like the Grilled Lamb Chops and Snapper Peri-Peri.

Kashmiri Chicken Gushtaba is one of the entree items from Chef Ajay found on our new spring menu. A classic dish with minced chicken balls served in a spicy gravy. It's so good you'll definitely be wanting more.

Open for Lunch & Dinner Wednesday - Sunday, Kismet is located on N. Pitt just off King Street in Alexandria's Old Town neighborhood.

Chef Ajay is known for combining traditional Indian cooking with unique ingredients and western influences - like the Mumbai Sliders - a vegetarian appetizer with potatoes and vegetables served slider style alongside house-made Pav, an Indian bread roll.

We're proud of our drinks program that includes a full bar with beers and wines along with a cocktail menu that includes both new and unique mixes and traditional favorites like the Penicillin with Woodford Reserve Bourbon, honey and ginger. Woodford Reserve @pennicillincocktail

The breads are heavenly at Kismet Modern Indian which is why we've titled the naan section of our menu "Heavenly Breads". You can choose from a selection of naans including the Garden Naan topped with fresh scallions and brushed with a light mustard seed oil.

Nothing beats a Familiar Face and that goes the same for our alcohol-free cocktail aptly named Familiar Faces. Made with hibiscus allspice syrup, lime juice, ginger beer, sushi ginger - it's the perfect combination of flavors.

Kismet's menu is ever-changing, and this season Chef Ajay has added his vegetarian Paneer Kadai to the line-up of delicious entrees that satisfy any diet and preference. Made with wok-tossed paneer (Indian cheese) and peppers, it's definitely a dish worth trying.
