A change of tone from my usual posts, but if anyone’s got it in them to a) read this and (more importantly) b) help - it would mean the absolute world. My son’s friend has recently been diagnosed with leukaemia. He’s 10. My boy’s a stoic little thing, and won’t talk about it.

For all my attempts to discuss his feelings on the matter, nothing would mean more to my son than being able to sit in that assembly feeling proud that him and the boys had rallied around to do what they can in support of their mate, Fin.
