Leaders matter: Indigenous girls in trades…Northern Lights has it all! Supporting Metis Settlements of Alberta education since 1988! @kikinoschool

Leaders Matter: Northern Lights is a great place to work! Not only do we live, work, and play in a place where the plains meets the boreal forest of Alberta, we are supported to grow and share our learning as a team!

Leaders Matter: Athabasca University prioritizes Indigenous opportunities. I call upon my AU to an act of reconciliation by inviting Indigenous artists to send in their medium representation of Indigenous footwear. These shoes will represent virtual learning pathways to support healing.

Leaders Matter: spent 2 days collaborating with @kikinoschool teacher team members on how we have personalized and customized Pyramid of Interventions, Circle of Courage, and Moral Intelligence to optimize safe, respectful, and cultural Indigenous teaching and learning Northern Lights

Leaders Matter: I am a very proud Metis student Athabasca University. Part of our work is working with our advisors to continue the work of “being visible in virtual spaces.”
