Good luck to our 3 teams at Conti Thunder Run 24 hour relay this weekend.

Sunday Trail will be meeting at Hanbury Hall at the earlier time of 8.45am. This session is open to all abilities including new C25k graduates as we stop en route to take in the views trail. Shoes and long leggings are advised. This week's trail is free to members

Good afternoon Harriers. For tonight's session at the lake we will have the Glebe close run for you. We meet at 7PM in the visitor centre Car Park and this session is £2 to members.

For this evening's session at Abbey Track, we will be doing 800m splits. This session is suitable for all abilities. The purpose of the track sessions is to help improve your overall speed, Session starts at 7pm at Abbey Stadium track and is £2.

Tomorrow's Thursday morning social run will be the Forge Mill route of around 6k. Meet as usual in the car park near the Arrow Valley visitor centre ready for 10.30am warm-up. Suitable for all - everyone welcome.

Thursday morning run will be the Golden Goose route of around 6k. Meet as usual in the car park near the Arrow Valley visitor centre ready for warm-up at 10.30am. Everyone welcome.
