An appeals court overturned a verdict from the Charlotte district courts, reigniting hope for justice in the lawsuit for Danquirs Franklin. In 2019, Franklin was gunned down by local law enforcement. The case will go back to district courts for trial. charlotteobserver.com/news/local/cri…
