Quite the moment at the shelter yesterday! A man found a dog on 12/31 and checked with neighbors, posted online, & then came to the shelter. While in line, the dog's owner walked into the lobby & yelled "Charlie!" Everyone was cheering! He is now microchipped & w/his family!🥰
