Why is the FC so intent on removing kids from their mums, why are numbers increasing day by day year after year. They should be looking for answers as to why this is happening by launching a thorough investigation and looking for answers to the solution not ordering more removals

What the family court fail to understand is that their duty of care is to protect the child at all costs, therefore, safeguarding measures should be put in place to protect that child if they switch residency regardless of their beliefs that should be standard practice, it is not

This is what psychiatrists & psychologists do in the family court to mums who report domestic abuse, They write fabricated reports with a fake disorder and you will then have your children removed and handed over to the perpetrator. You can't take it back to court to get justice.

..and what about the use of regulated experts who are also writing false reports to the family court, you still won't get justice. How do you appeal these decisions when the family court refuse appeals in private family law, where do you go for justice?

Please can we get away from the illusion and notion that children are removed from mothers solely due to Parental Alienation, many mothers have lost their children due to falsely being diagnosed as mentally ill, whether by regulated or unregulated so called experts.

Plenty of abusers still out there who cannot go down the route of parental alienation, they are still abusers.

Can someone please explain why someone in the criminal court can have up to 5 psychiatrists to assess whether they are mentally ill or not, whereas in the family court the word of only 1 psychiatrist is accepted as factual in order for a child to be removed from their mum?

Can someone please explain if the children's commissioner doesn't care about children who have gone through the family court system, then isn't it high time that we had a children's commissioner specifically designated for those children that had? Cafcass does not fit that role.

If Ofsted took this level of care when monitoring schools and teachers there would be a revolution. What exactly are they doing when they monitor? Cafcass have full protection of the Government and this only goes to prove it.

In the criminal court there is an acceptance that mistakes can be made due to human error/corruption therefore an infrastructure is set in place to correct miscarriages of justice, however, in the family court nothing exists, in private family law you won't even be granted appeal
