Lockdown 3.0 - Albeit necessary, will no doubt have a huge impact on people’s Mental Health and Well-being. To my family, friends and colleagues, I am always around for a chat. You are not alone and we will get through this by supporting each other during this difficult period 💛

We put aside our normal operational meeting and gave the Team a chance to share their experiences during this challenging time. It was great to hear from Clinicians, Nurses and administrative staff and although we all have different parts to play, we can all relate in some way 👏🏻

Even though you can’t see the smiles behind the masks, this has made our inpatient diabetes nurses very happy indeed ! Thank you @NorthMidNHS 👏🏻
