Yesterday was the Southlawn Wax Museum and it was incredible! I loved asking why each student chose their person. It’s important to know who they look up to, who they value, and who they believe in. Well done, Southlawn 3rd graders!

Hosted a mother/daughter event at my house- we journaled, set intentions, made bracelets, practiced yoga, + made essential oil roller balls. Sisterhood is so important to me and we are showing the next generation how to encourage + support one another. 🫶🏼

I just attended a Women’s Wellness Weekend in the Adirondacks with old and new friends and I am deeply inspired, relaxed, and refreshed. 🌲🍁

I felt such strong emotions today as I voted at the Susan B. Anthony house. Teaching Frank about strong women, standing up for the rights of ALL, and doing it with kindness felt really important + powerful. I’m proud of my vote, my son is watching.

Having 2 weeks off is out of this world! We even had time for a trip to space! 🚀🌒🪐🔭

Educators… even if it’s for 5 minutes, treat yourself to some deliberately SLOW moments in the morning before going to work. Breathe. Sip. Reflect. And then go be amazing. ✨
