Most of you are losing deals before the convo even starts. I read “The Silent Weapon”🔥by Stergios Stamoulis three times. Not for fun but for war prep. One line hit hard: “Your prospects are real people. Treat them like a checklist, and you’ve already lost.”

Been engaging with some coaches’ pages by liking, commenting, showing interest. Not a single DM. If your setters aren’t following up on warm leads like this, you’re leaking money daily.

There was a time I spent 35+ minutes crafting one cold Dm. Read it 8 times. Changed ‘Hi’ to ‘Hey’. Deleted and rewrote it twice, just for them to ignore it 😂😑

She commented“This is so me. I’ve taken all the courses but still haven’t launched.” I didn’t pitch her.
Didn’t throw a script at her. I just had a real convo.

I wouldn’t call it perfect. Here’s what I’d do differently next time: ✅ Pause more,let the emotion breathe
✅ Lead with vision, not just pain
✅ Ask “Why now?” to unlock urgency
✅ Confirm buy-in before the CTA Because a yes doesn’t mean I led at my highest level.
