Seems like In youth ⚽️ coaches keep rushing development for their own agenda. Children playing ⚽️ should be taught how to fall in love with the ball, how to manipulate and move it in different ways. Small, tight areas, master the ball along with plenty of 1 v 1, 2 v 2s etc.

As a youth coach, it's far more satisfying to put players in a position where they can have those💡learning moments rather than giving them the answers. Be the coach who helps them problem solve, rather than the coach who just gives commands and joysticks🕹

Read this again. 👀🤔⚽️ Stay on the ball. Ability to keep the ball, allow the picture to change, absorb pressure etc etc.. Now think of the tools a player would need to do the above? Coaching is not organisation. #ballmastery #football #futsal #freeplay
