Y10 GCSE Geography pupils took their lessons to the Ouzel Valley for some physical fieldwork this week. Working with the Parks Trust, they carried out four different techniques and had the opportunity to link it back to the topics they are covering in class.

A group of Year 11 pupils were fortunate enough to visit Delta by Marriott this week. They learnt about the hospitality industry with hands on activities such as mocktail making, housekeeping, making hotel beds and how to leave the room decorative before guests arrive.

Parents and carers were welcomed in for our Y4 Art workshops. Parks and Beethoven classes enjoyed creating mythical beast eyes from clay linked to their learning about Greek Mythology. Thank you to all those who attended – we hope you enjoyed it as much as the staff and children!

Our Y7 girls had their first Netball game against MKA this week. The final score was 15-1 to KHP! Their was so much talent on display and we are excited to see this team in action again.

Year 3 had a fantastic time during their Discover Arts Award day! The children learnt dance routines and performed a series of dances inspired by Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, showing off their creativity and fantastic teamwork skills.

As the Fabulous Finish to their Rivers and Coasts topic, Year 5 enjoyed a local trip to Ouzel Valley Park. It was a fantastic opportunity for the children to experience first-hand what they have learnt about river features, as well as studying plant life in the local area.
