Moving and thought provoking play about life before, during and after the Khojaly massacre in Azerbaijan exactly 20 years ago today Debunk Theatre at the Actors’ Church. Even more poignant given current events in Ukraine.

The Azerbaijani Community in the UK organised a march in London to mark the 30th anniversary of the #KhojalyGenocide. It started in the Green Park area and continued to to Hyde Park Corner, Knightsbridge, Exhibition Road, Kensington and ended at the Azerbaijani Embassy, 1/3

At the same time, the characters shared how normal life was in #Khojaly before the violence,how the different communities came together and why today they still keep hope in their hearts. Thank you Ambassador Elin Suleymanov for the moving speech prior premiere. 2/3

On the 30th anniversary of the Khojaly tragedy Debunk Theatre featured a deeply moving & emotional play produced by Sanan Aliyev at St Paul's Church in Covent Garden, London. Thank you for all the amazing actors, producers, to Farida Panahova for organizing & Azerbaijani Diaspora for support.
