One is amazed with the speed at which AI is progressing in the world. Our military & non-military organizations are using AI, but this shouldn't deceive us. Being an AI user isn't an advantage. AI has deep layers that must be mastered. Those layers are in the hands of others.

If you fail to provide the deep, diverse layers of AI, world's power-seekers will establish an AI agency and then prevent you from crossing their boundaries. You must reach the deep layers of this technology, and pursue the underlying infrastructure of AI within the country.

The administration must know the assets & capacities of the country. One of these capacities is in politics. At one time, they associated Iran with carpets and oil. Today, Iran is known in the world for its science, military advancements, regional strength, & strategic depth.

There is no endeavor that doesn’t have any obstacles. The first option for some people when they encounter obstacles is to retreat, but this approach is wrong. We must work to overcome the obstacle. Don’t be afraid of obstacles.

Don't place your hopes in the enemy. Don’t be waiting for the enemies to approve our plans. This doesn’t mean that one cannot interact with that same enemy in certain situations. But don’t place your hopes in the enemy, and don’t trust the enemy.

I thank the officials of the Iraqi govt. who ensure security, and the honorable scholars and great marāji in Iraq who prepare the environment for this pilgrimage and foster brotherhood between the people and between the two nations.

The behavior of you dear Iraqi brothers in the Mawkibs on the way [to Karbala] and your generous behavior with the pilgrims going to Imam Hussain’s (pbuh) shrine is unmatched in today’s world.

#Arbaeen Walk is unmatched in history.

You have exhibited Islamic and Arab generosity with your behavior and actions, and all of this is because of your love for the Master of the Martyrs (pbuh). This love for Hussain ibn Ali (pbuh) is something exceptional. We know of nothing like this anywhere or at any time.

Today, the range of this love for Hussain ibn Ali (pbuh) has expanded to an area that encompasses the impassioned territory of #Gaza and many non-Muslim societies as well.
