Everyone who scraped through matric with 30% now works at MTN South Africa ... No problem can be sorted out and passing of the buck and lying is common business practice.

How does MTN South Africa manage to put 3 fair usage policies onto one profile (complete incompetence) and now MTN South Africa does not know how to reverse their own mess (complete incompetence)

After weeks and months of begging and pleading with MTN South Africa to rectify their mistakes, I have now given an ultimatum of COB today ... How hard can it be to remove fair usage policies of previous contracts?

Contractually MTN South Africa is in breach of their contract for not supplying our home with what we have been led to believe we shall receive and we have been paying the full price for no service. I am walking the full mile with MTN South Africa with this one

Another day of being lied to and misled my MTN South Africa ... We were told that the alien FUP was removed from the profile ... But it turns out to be lies ... Nothing but lies from MTN South Africa ...

At 18:00 yesterday MTN South Africa suggested I log a new REQ number ... The call centre agent was extremely unhelpful and did not comprehend plain English very well. She requested that I be patient for (another) 24 hours (which I did) ... Lo and behold, nothing is resolved.
