Hugely disappointing & disheartening that my friends grandma👵 visitor visa got refused by the Home Office Heartbreaking that the HO assumes people are lying when are absolutely telling the truth.I helped with application for the visa &provided supporting letter for the visit.

Poor interpreting doesn't help. And telling someone "I don't believe you" when you haven't understood them is more malicious disruption than proper investigation.
