Looks like the last load of sap for 2023! Great quality and I’m happy with the yield, for a crazy weather season.

Always sad, the last day of the 2024 Maple season. Was a interesting one trying to figure out when to start the season, crazy weather. Below my average yield, but there’s always next year. 👍
