Kevin Markham Have to say the greens in Ballybunion and Tralee were absolutely outstanding over the last 2 days. It has been a tough year for golf courses - but a credit to everyone involved. World class standards.
Kevin Markham Tralee Golf Links What a golf hole - and was thinking yesterday - a very unusual golf hole. Could not think of one that short , that is that visual intimidating. The heart rate rises as you step up on that one.

First picture and video are the new holes at Ballybunion Golf Club Cashen. Next two are some of the 14 still in play. When it’s all finished I think it’s going to be a contender for the Ireland top 25. The land is there for something special.

The Glashedy Ballyliffin GC has some dramatic high ground and the routing brings you back to these biggest dunes on both 9s. From here, Glashedy Rock punctures the sea, as mountains rise around you.
Here are 3 'big camera' shots from Thursday am.
Thanks to a great club team.
