Overwhelmed by the amount of tweets from everyone thank you! Been a busy day moving house in the heatwave so feet up at the moment and back to work tomorrow! 😀

Another lovely day today thankfully slightly cooler than yesterday! Busy day today with a leaving meal tonight for a fab colleague who will be missed from the team.

My #3postives for today 1) Good day at the office connecting with people 2) Great meal out to send off our colleague who’s leaving 3) Playing with the dog and his kong and seeing him happy

Todays #3positives 1) Cooked my first meal since moving home and twisted a takeaway 2) Bought some new stuff for the kitchen to replace lost items! 3) Managed to find an hour to fully relax for the first time in days. (And also ate a full toblerone 🤫)

In Clinic today looking forward to meeting some amazing young people. Then a week and a half off from tomorrow for some much needed down time 😊 Have a great day everyone!

For the first time in over 13 years I’ve sat down and read 3 books. A near impossibility I presumed due to my own ADHD however reading Alice Oseman Updates work has rekindled my long lost love of literature. Thank you #Heartstopper #solitaire #ADHD
