How about we stitch a couple of images together to get a pano? Trevi fountain that was brutal I am happy with how it came out given the jostling I was subjected to. Then I stumbled into this gem right behind me, Santi Vincenzo e Anastasio a Trevi the light was stunning.

Here's a few more, how everyone overlooked this little alcove, pic #2, is beyond me. Then all of a sudden everyone left and it was just me and the lighting, then I heard the nuns shooing people out. Apparently down a small alley was another "pocket church", next trip maybe.

Same harbor (Portoferraio), different times put a pano together in an attempt to show the size.

The light from the morning continued on into the afternoon. A view of Portoferraio from the top Forte Falcone, the main fort of three built to guard the harbor. I was happy to record the sun poking through the clouds highlighting sections of the town.

A creamy pistachio pesto with salmon and linguine. Paired with a delicious Vermentino. 🤯

Holy crap y’all shrimp and lemon risotto paired yet again with a Vermentino. So delicious!

Pan sheet pizza and Nebbiolo anyone?

Over the Labor Day weekend I was treated to a special photo op. Over the span of two hours I got to photograph a salt marsh as it went through dramatic changes in light. #1 Storm Light (rained all day), #2 Golden Hour, #3 Blue Hour Start, #4 Blue Hour.
