When you can’t control what’s happening, challenge yourself to control the way you respond to what’s happening. That’s where your power is.

Thank you to @PKobrynELSpec for leading our #SudleyFamily through some powerful self-reflection to support our co-teaching work. Now that we know more about our teammates, we can all be a stronger team for our students!

Huge shoutout to Carolyn Vibbert and Ronnie Cabrera for bringing our students together on Friday mornings for community, collaboration, critical thinking, and SEL, which they call Game Club. They’re like the parent that hides a whole bunch of veggies in the pasta sauce. Well done!

Got disengaged learners? Got tired teachers? Got gaps in achievement? Got low growth? Got discipline issues? Got too many interventions? Got frustrated staff? Got any problems at your schools? Then you GOT to change Tier 1 in the classroom. Nothing changes if nothing changes.
