Brutal Day One - started 5.30am, finished 9pm, 16 peaks, 23 miles, sheeting rain in gale force winds! We all survived, and go again tomorrow. Sorry for the lack of communication, there was also rarely a phone signal! Many thanks for all your support #ketasjourney #mndassociation

The descent of Peak 25, the final descent of day two - descending is sheer agony! Knees and ankles battered, bodies exhausted, Hebe & Violet just amazing! #ketasjourney #mndassociation

Day 3 Summary - wind too strong for Snowdon so a rejig of days and Hebe & Violet knocked out a load more peaks with exhausted bodies, swollen knees and blistered feet……but we arrived back at accommodation in daylight for first time! Hip hip hooray! #ketasjourney #mndassociation
