These past 3 days have been the most difficult for me in a while. Extreme frustration, poor execution, and lack of clarity. Still green on the week, but mentally drained and exhausted.

Today went from an amazing PR day to now a few thousand below PR. My trading was low quality and emotions were influencing me heavily. Went from max euphoria to max frustration within an hour. I need to fix my issues.
