Great coaches love their players enough to hold them accountable to a standard of excellence that usually exceeds the standard that the players set for themselves. They push them out of their comfort zone. Just because it’s uncomfortable, doesn’t mean it’s not motivated by love.

What would I change about the game? 1) Smaller ball & lower rims for youth players. 2) More development & 3v3 at youth level & less 5v5. 3) Coaches & trainers should have to complete educational programs 4) More education in media (ex: Kobe’s Detail) & less click bait arguments
