Having learnt about Ramadan Allies at my visit last yr: in the offices of Independent Maternity Review NUH Trust we have a modified (much smaller) model: a room in our office set aside for beverages & eating etc with no drinks etc at desks in our main office, aiming to support colleagues who are fasting

Congratulations to Candour Productions Anna Hall for telling Fawziyah’s story & respect & admiration to her parents & family for their bravery. It is clear that she was an amazing woman & this documentary is a fitting tribute which will hopefully save other women.

Tom has a wealth of resilience and experience to draw on, having won the 2016 Winter Spine Challenger South and the full Montane Winter #spinerace in 2017.

He can now add runner-up in the Challenger North to his trophy collection.

Tom Moved well and, though he never quite threatened Joe O'Leary's lead, he clawed his way up the podium and opened up space behind him.

He had a tough night in the Cheviots and took a short unscheduled snooze. He rallied and arrived in Kirk Yetholm looking fresh. #spinerace

Tom Hollins is the 2nd runner to finish the Montane Winter Spine Challenger North 2024. He crossed the line in 51:48:00.

Super proud of #himoutdoors Montane athlete tomhollins 2nd place in the #spinechallengernorth 160 miles Hardraw to Kirk Yetholm in 51hrs 48m well ahead of the course record. Congrats to 1st place Joe O’Leary who blew that record out of the park
